Customer Service (CS)

Responsibility

  • Providing advice and introducing products and services to customers (online and offline).
  • Sales, inventory management, packing shoe orders, shipping documents, and in-store deliveries.
  • Inspect and pack orders according to HD Sneaker Cleaning standards.
  • Assisting in answering customer questions about products/services.
  • Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

Request

  • Have sales experience
  • Good spoken English (at least B1 level)
  • Flexible working hours on holidays and weekends.
  • Good problem-solving skills; careful, precise, and proactive.

Working hours

  • Full-time: Monday–Sunday, 9:00–19:00 (Rotating breaks)
  • Part-time: Minimum 7 shifts/week, 5 hours per shift. Shift 1: 8:30–14:00. Shift 2: 14:00–19:00.

Responsibility

  • Complete packing and delivery orders on time for customers every day.
  • Deliver/pick up shoes for customers within the specified hours (free delivery/pickup from 17:00–19:00)
  • Report the number of shoes and completed orders for the day.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the packing area to ensure product safety.
  • Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Fulfilling the instructions of superiors.

Request

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Flexible working hours on holidays and weekends.
  • Good problem-solving skills; careful, precise, and proactive.

Working hours

  • Full-time: Monday–Sunday, 9:00–19:00 (Rotating breaks)
