HD Sneaker Cleaning was founded in 2020 in Ho Chi Minh City by Le Huy (Vietnam) and Derek Grundy (USA). H is for Huy, D is for Derek — a Vietnamese–American friendship built on diversity, inclusion and a shared passion for footwear.
Both love the craft, know footwear inside out, and want to give back to the community in Vietnam — delivering devoted, world-class shoe care.
From a few sneakers to a premium shoe spa
In the heart of Thảo Điền — Saigon’s international neighborhood — HD chose the path of meticulous handcraft over rushed work. Every pair is sorted, inspected, photographed and confirmed with the customer before any treatment.
