HD Sneaker
Free 2-way delivery every day within a fixed time window & radius. Transparent pricing, on-time delivery priority — if HD ships later than the delivery time confirmed with the customer, HD waives the shipping fee for that order.

1. How it works
Outside the window/radius: HD books a ride for you via Be → Grab → Ahamove (Be first, supporting local Vietnamese transport) — you pay the exact in-app fare, HD adds no markup.

7. FAQ
Does the 5–7 PM free delivery apply to every order?
Yes. Within 2km + during the 5–7 PM window → FREE both ways, no minimum order. Even a single pair ships free.
I’m 3km from HD — do I still get free 5–7 PM delivery?
No. The free-shipping radius is only 2km. Beyond 2km, HD books a ride for you — Be → Grab → Ahamove priority — and you pay the exact app fare with no markup. (Except Founders Club, free up to 5km.)
I’m free at 9 PM — can I still get free delivery?
No, free delivery only applies 5–7 PM. Outside this window HD books a ride or you book your own. Diamond/Founders enjoy FREE within 2km at any time.
Why the 5–7 PM window?
It’s the after-work window — most customers are home to receive their shoes. HD batches orders into one route per day (HD staff or a booked Be/Grab ride), saving cost and reducing emissions — which is how HD can cover your shipping.
I don’t know my current tier?
Open the HD Sneaker Zalo Mini App → “Points” tab → it shows your current tier + the shipping perks that come with it.
Why does HD prefer Be over Grab?
Be is a Vietnamese ride app and HD supports local business. Be usually offers good rates and Be riders know HCMC routes well. If Be has no rider available, HD books Grab or Ahamove so you never wait.
