2. Services Provided

HD Sneaker Cleaning provides the following services:

  • Cleaning sneakers, leather shoes, athletic shoes, and high heels.
  • Shoe repair: sole gluing, stitching, repainting, leather restoration.
  • Custom shoes: dyeing, replacing insoles, changing laces.
  • Cleaning and restoring leather handbags

3. Service Booking Process

  1. Book: Via website (Book an appointment online(hotline 0908.534.106, or Zalo/WhatsApp)
  2. Send shoes: Bring directly to the branch or order delivery.
  3. Check & verify: We inspect the condition of the shoes, take photos for record-keeping, and confirm the treatment method and cost with you before proceeding.
  4. Perform: Cleaning/repair according to agreed-upon methods.
  5. Hand over: Quality check → shoe delivery at branch or home delivery

4. Payment

  • Pay 100% before the service is performed. The invoice was issued on the same day.
  • Payment method: Cash, bank transfer, e-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay)
  • VAT invoice: Export on demand — please inform us before payment.
  • Individual service prices exclude VAT. 10%. COMBO prices include VAT.

5. Delivery and Receipt

  • Free delivery: Within a 5km radius of the two branches.
  • Beyond 5km: HD Sneaker Cleaning covers the 25% shipping fee — the customer pays the remaining 75%.
  • Delivery time: By appointment, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM daily.
  • The shoes were carefully packaged: dustproof bag, moisture-proof paper, protective box.

* Prices exclude VAT 10%. Repair/Customization: 5–10 days depending on the extent of the damage; pricing will be based on the condition of the shoes.

7. Warranty & Quality Guarantee

  • 90-day warranty for all cleaning and repair services
  • During the warranty period, if any defects arise due to the processing, we will repair them free of charge.
  • Not satisfied = free remake or full refund for your order.
  • We only use genuine imported solutions and materials (Angelus, Saphir) with clear origins.
  • The shoes are cleaned entirely by hand (hand-washed 100%) — no washing machine used.

8. Responsibilities & Limitations

  • HD Sneaker Cleaning Inspect and photograph the condition of the shoes. Before receiving. Images are saved on the system to ensure the rights of both parties are protected.
  • We not responsible with pre-existing damage to the shoes before receipt (noted in the inspection report)
  • In case of damage caused by errors during processing: we will free repair or compensation according to the agreement
  • Shoes cannot be returned within [timeframe]. 30 days You will be contacted with a reminder from the date of completion. 60 days If there is no response, we reserve the right to dispose of the shoes.

9. Order Cancellation & Refund

  • Before proceeding: Cancel order → get a refund from 100% within 1–3 business days.
  • In progress: Cannot be cancelled — but if the results are unsatisfactory → free redo or refund 100%
  • Completed: If you are not satisfied, please contact our hotline within 7 days for assistance.

10. Changes to the terms and conditions

HD Sneaker Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms of service as needed. New versions will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after the update signifies your acceptance of the changes.
